People want to meditate for very different reasons: To slow down, to relieve stress, to regain a deep sense of themselves - but also to learn about an undogmatic spiritual path that allows you to practice connectedness and compassion.
Whatever your reason, it is a good one. 

If you have never meditated before, we are happy to offer you a comprehensive introduction where you can address your concerns and questions. We will support you in finding a comfortable meditation posture; afterwards we will briefly meditate together and make some suggestions on how to integrate this practice into your everyday life in a sustainable and effective way. Just write to us; we would be happy to arrange a meeting with you.

If you have already tried meditation, we invite you to join us in the zendo or via Zoom. You can find our meditation times here. Zen meditation is a silent sitting, so it is not explicitly guided. Please feel invited to follow your meditation practice as you know it. Of course, we would be happy to meet you and discuss how you can integrate your practice into the zendo.
